Vespa Side Car, Singapore

Rumors and

Hello,

You may have noticed in recent days that consciences are manifested in Copenhagen to avoid a climate catastrophe and probably millions of deaths.

You'll also notice that the issues lead destabilizing speculation and lobbying in all directions, trade contradictory to say the pitched battles in the backyard ... Who will win knowing there is more money Dad ... ? :-)

You may recall the second part of the article on the change of era, change of air and change areas wrote 3 February 2009.

Well, it's working, the willingness of men who will break the divisions, disunity and potential that will build a future of mutual interest. Idealism and / or Utopia? History reminds us that man is capable of achieving utopias and dreams of an era. The force of money or material goods alone could never surpass the power of thoughts, ideas and collective silence.

Curiously, in our world of hyper-media, rumors and noise, so it was in silence and meditation are some answers ... and human solidarity as more responses are emerging.

Good job everyone, me included :-)

Digital or how to invest today for tomorrow's growth?

Hello,

Under the AFDEL I participated in the seminar " Digital Divide: Investing today for tomorrow's growth "at home in Chemistry Paris.

Lots of interesting things were exchanged. It is always difficult to choose one procedure over another but we have to start is not it?

I start with the easiest with Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Secretary of State for Economic Forecasting, which really made unanimously around her quality of preparation, quality of discussions, personal commitment ... I think even she might one day have the position of Mr. François Fillon ... You will find below the summary of the seminar in the video about 5 minutes. Listen, it's worth ...

Another person drew the attention of many people ... Member of the Eure-et-Loir, Ms. Laura La Raudière that says "you can be successful in the software in France" if I resume with my words, they target areas where there international recognition ... and there is sufficient capital to grow internationally ... Well, well ...

Eli Noam, professor at Columbia Business School, also noted, citing the importance of SMEs and breeding ground for future growth!

Mr. Mats Carduner, CEO of Google Europe, put on the table the real subject of the digitization of books, videos, ... and therefore the culture ... in view of the Copyright, Intellectual Property ...

And ... a Frederic Mitterand in great shape, who led the discussions in the afternoon so delicately handling the French language without altering the core messages and the essential philosophical dimension! This is the "moral" which was his last word in the optical transmission of knowledge to future generations ... integrating the inevitable economic and cultural interaction, all without forgetting the human dimension of the real world and old methods transmission of knowledge and cultures ... In conclusion

François Fillon stressed the centrality of information technologies in sustainable development and environmental considerations.

PS: I also recorded his statement but it lasts about twenty minutes, and despite excellent compression software, the computing time to move from 700MB to 50MB in some video streaming is too high before my plane for Takeoff distant asia.

Crisis management: more than an opportunity, know-how

Hello,

Today, the financial crisis, cyclical and even health is present in everyone's head. The media contribute to this phenomenon of mass information.

Companies, particularly in IT, are more likely to want to position themselves in this "market".

Indeed, the opportunity is fair, given that some industries such as paramedics and distributors of alcohol-it " rubbing their hands."

However, the technical expertise, functional or organizational, is not always match what users can expect and other decision makers. Indeed, balance must be found opportunism and know-how. For example, few speak of the "IT and organizational resilience" as discussed in this article of January 5, 2006 example.

MEN & PROCESS The company has mastered these subjects Crisis Management, Plan Business Continuity, mobility and teleworking. Since its inception in 2003, HOMMES & PROCESS specializes in this expertise to best meet risks and circumstances are difficult to predict which companies may face:

• How to prevent computer failures ?

• How to continue to work when, for example 40% of the bandwidth goes?

• How to anticipate a major problem?

• How to continue to work despite a crisis and remain flexible enough?

• How to manage collectively a critical situation?

Thus, HOMMES & PROCESS accompanies since its inception, its customers and partners to:

• Anticipate and make the right decisions for the unexpected,

• Coordinate and implement ways to solve the crisis, • Collaborate with

stakeholders of the organization to solve problems,

• Ensuring continuity of work despite the event occurred,

• Protecting intellectual property and data.

These powers must be implemented in all circumstances for greater autonomy for employees.

Moreover, the human and financial investment to implement these solutions enable businesses to protect themselves and generate competitive advantages for the crisis.

If you want to know more, I invite you to browse the history or sections of this blog or those of Hommes & Process or read these two articles, for example:

Contribution to a Future Financial System: August 15 Thoughts

Dear Reader,

The Current Economic Situation IS Quite strange: a lot of people, Mainly From The Financial Services continues to Believe thats the current crisis we go Through Is Just Another One Among ...

Apparently They Do not Believe In A Quite long list of well informed persons like Barack Obama or famous economists like Nicolas Millions or just "popular good sense" that we were not only close to an "economic disaster" buth that we must seriously study new options ...

Our global XXIst century economy is divided according to me into three large segments :
- the individuals, persons and families who need to secure their day to day money and be sure that the money will keep basicaly the value of their deposits. In other words, the financial system must invent a way to protect them either from inflation and bankrupcy until a certain limit to define ; This segment might also include a set of organizations like cooperatives, like NGOs, like individual oriented companies ... who must secure long term development ;
- the individuals, persons and organizations that have "enough" money and accept in advance "speculation". I indeed believe that it is quite impossible for people and organization to avoid being attracted by "speculation" with a set of their assets.
- the individuals and organizations who develop their business mainly on speculation.

As a consequence I would recommend to have three categories of "banks" or "financial institutions" :
- banks which know that they have the money of people and organizations that don't want speculation. These banks would make their margins and develop themselves with strict governance rules : secure the deposits, provide an interest rate to cover inflation, anticipate potential deflation, generate an internal margin to continue to be "ahead" and cover operational costs. These banks would be not be entitled to "risk" money from a speculation stand point.
- banks which would be dedicated to work with individuals and organizations expecting speculation only. These financial organizations would not be entitled to get "long term development assets". Of course "speculation" should be defined in order to avoid misunderstandings. As a sample what investment is purely long term development and what other investment is "short term". The advantage of this type of system is that in case of a "collapse" it would not hurt dangerously the vast majority of the individuals and organizations willing to protect and develop themselves on a long run.

This would allow individual and organizations to have a clear gap between their short and long term investments. People would not suspect or discover that one bank was linked to another with risks that should not have been taken. Hence less suspicions implies higher trust and hence more long term economic exchanges.

To conclude, I would encourage economists, financial involved persons to "think large" as we can't avoid anticipating a "systemic crash" if we don't change our ways to manage long term raw materials, energy, development ... :
- take the best that works from the existing capitalist system where "markets are always right on the long run", where people are encourages to take risks and innovate ...
- take the time to study in depth what works in "niches financial systems" like the one put in place by Mr Mohammad Yunus . By the way, I read this referenced book thanks to David Martin's lent. Thanks to him. You can also have a look to Nicolas Blondeau document on the French Diplomatic Government web site
- take the time to study what works, and is compatible with our global village cultures, from the Islamic Banking System ;
- take the time to read the Papal Encyclical Caritas in Veritate "Love in the Truth" [ Caritas In Veritate ] Among other points :
-> Chapter 27 : "the food industry must Reinvent Itself "
-> Chapter 51:" There Is No Need To Separate Their waste If We do not take care of STIs neighbor "
-> Chapter 67:" Globalization Must Be Managed "[" principle of subsidiarity]

Inspiration - Innovation - Industrialization

Hello,

Celebrating the 14th of July in New Orleans is a special moment.

Beyond an occasional fireworks and quality beyond the quality of Quattuor jazz musicians, beyond the choices and pleasant place and the impeccable organization through the work of the organizing team of Microsoft France, I liked to find myself with a hundred fellow joined by Mr. Consul for a while.

was the first time in years it seems that a delegation of French business this size was moving.

The city is recovering from his wounds. 600 people have volunteered their time Sunday to continue to challenge the state school. Bravo to them.

The French delegation was therefore injected into the local economy a significant contribution. That is also international trade.

Rest maintenannt that this delegation can transform the test of exporting its know-how support via ;-) Ubifrance is undoubtedly an element to take into account whether the procedures are responsive and appropriate contacts.

What struck me during the event WPC 2009 is the importance given to ... culture! The time allocated to culture, music and cultural research of common sense was important. The message is clear: technology is the inspiration in the arts, culture and sense! Interesting is not it?

Inspiration leads to technological innovation undeniably :-)

By cons, innovation in times of crisis is not necessarily synonymous with industrialization and therefore profits ... especially in France where the tissue remains inadequate financial regulations and very heavy compared to the agility necessary to SMEs exporting ... Looking forward

Natural Beautys Breasts

Jacques Stern awarded the Defence Science and

Hello everyone, I am pleased

this day tell you about a French scientist emeritus who has written a remarkable book in 1997 "The science of secrecy" (Editions Odile Jacob), who has already received the Gold Medal of CNRS in 2006 and is president of the ANR (National Agency of Research), namely Jacques Stern.

It has indeed receive this May 14 at the hands of Delegate General for Armaments Laurent Collet-Billon , Defence Science and the price for his work on the crytologie.

This does remind you of anything? Jacques Stern researcher internationally known for his work on cryptology. It is the true founding father of cryptology school ranks France at the forefront of Europe in the discipline.

This does not always tell you specifically in your life every day in business? Ah, but maybe you use a mail from any supplier and you do not worry about protecting your trade, your accounts and your products and ideas necessarily unique and innovative?
In this case, in fact, you do not know what a public key and tell you about the invention of the RSA system might make you think of something else ...

cons If you work with a digital identity is that you are using algorithms that are used to exchange messages unintelligible to others and to achieve this by using a code book, accessible to all!

The presentation of this award is therefore the importance of this area especially for companies that must avoid having their data intercepted and penetrated their computer systems as the case of Web 2.0 or the mail database.

Seven - 7 - Seven: A true resetting of Windows!

Hello,

"Listening" is probably the verb that comes to mind when I see the work done by Microsoft to "Windows 7" and the progress made since critics often justified with respect to the safety of "Windows" and slow "Windows Vista".

Windows Vista had me committed to security concerns and rights of users on a workstation but to the detriment, in equal equipment, performance decreases harmful.

After a preliminary set of tests, and archiving critical, I decided to take the risk or some would say, to test Windows 7 in a real production environment [Dell Latitude E6500 with 2 GB of RAM and 80 GB hard drive at 7200 rpm], and I'm pretty impressed
- guiding the user through the migration is pleasant and insightful and effective recommendations. I hope it will be the same for users of Windows XP
- after migration, the "cleaning" at the old OS, is impressive: almost 10 GB of data gained ...
- load time the OS is gaining almost 50% of the real environment Vista at Seven;
- the loading time for heavy applications divided by 2 or almost 3 Pro 9.1 for Adobe;
- Internet Explorer 8 has a breathtaking performance compared to IE7 or IE8 under Vista: almost immediacy!. The only regret is that except to restate the non-standard security certificate. I guess it's for security reasons;
- the new interface is very intuitive in September thanks to a set of windows that saves precious seconds when it was almost like me at least a dozen windows of all active time;
- Applications except Skype 3.8, has migrated without "special alert"
- the user of Office Groove 2007 will need a scare by not having their accelerator icon alerts and instant messages safe. In fact, right-click the taskbar can find it once and for all. The other icons remain hidden useless for not cluttering the toolbar accelerators;
- always for Groove users need to have security encryption still active, it is noted that the new Service Pack 2 (SP2 Groove), associated at Seven, is the memory usage divide by two! ;
- Applets and gadgets installed with the most useful newspaper "Les Echos" run faster. The same application wins in 50 MB memory!;
- the fluidity of a film in DVD format at the rendezvous. We regret only that the locale is still limited to "some changes". For travelers like me this is not acceptable ... It will unfortunately be used by third-party programs ... But in fact, with the new French law during the voting, by writing this I'm going to see me banned from the internet?

short, I am really impressed by the ability to listen and re various matters that have helped translate what the market was expecting! I predicts a bright future for Windows 7!

Now, to me now to go to discover the new Seven. We have noted that innovation lies equally in the improvement of the foregoing that the addition of new features!

Sr200p Sony Desbloquear

and relevance of a strategy to undertake

Hello all, Back from

United States, I feel like my article change of eras, areas and air is even more relevant than I thought. Impertinence on my part? Glorification? Nay! Indeed, on one hand, the CAC 40 lost since 1 / 6 of its value and showing the Battle of around three months 3000 points has been lost, and secondly, the content broadcast on Radio BFM indicates an awareness that "fundamentally the world will never be the same again."

During his stay beyond my "business meetings" or "technological" I met a lot of people could listen to television broadcasts and reading newspaper articles ... Some small things I marked as "Want to Lose One Million more jobs? Just keep talking." This sentence appeared in full page in USA Today March 4, 2009. It can be translated into in "Want to lose one million extra jobs? Keep talking!". This sentence is Heavy feel knowing that there have been 4.5 million jobs lost since the crisis erupted. In times of crisis, we must avoid the busybodies and "act". I invite you to listen [ BFM, The great debates 11am-12 pm - March 9, 2009 ] in particular to minutes 32, 38 and 45 for the "3C" and "8E". Note also that the doctrine of "return on equity of 15% is over ...

In times of crisis, we must restore confidence. It is only the confidence which will start from the front. Thus, a site like Facebook was vilified on Fox News. "The dangers of Facebook" were explained far and wide: uncontrollable personal data, identity theft, intrusion Program, psychological analysis, propagation of viruses, malicious ...

On my return I read with interest in Les Echos that Google Docs had opened 0.05% open access documents (100 documents on 200 000 to give an idea of the importance of data made public). You probably read with interest the article by Barry Schwartz
suggesting how such a security breach can impact the plans of those who want to put medical data on such a system ...

And I get interesting information from a regular reader of my blog ... me point to the interview with Bernard Ourghanlian, technical and security of Microsoft France, Le Monde Informatique February 2008 and is proving to be a even greater relevance than a year later.

The following interview makes it very well aware how an innovation at one point joined a market and other markets to finally return to the recognized custom designers of high value-added ...

Where Can Find Hussyfan

art accessible to all

Hello,

few weeks ago I came across a set of correspondences to do by saying the circumstances of Blog Mr. Gautier Girard entitled "The Art of undertaking accessible to all."

Initially, we must say, I had not picked up any ... Today, I may not always be captured while but I think there are really pretty good stuff ... You decide. Anyway, on my side, from New York, it made me want to write you a ticket on the "art of undertaking accessible to all" obviously a staggered

:-) It is reasonable say today that in 10 years the French entrepreneurs in France [note: you will notice the word order] are more likely to engage, are respected or recognized advantage of their surroundings, are more advisory and legal tools at their disposal. The portage was camouflaged in the wild and uses a lot of talent, the status of entrepreneur is emerging and chambers of commerce or other support organizations, allowing promoters to avoid many pitfalls. I will not name many shows including the annual well-known in Paris in January :-)

The entrepreneurial spirit is really present in any case with more and more French in view of various statistics. We can also say that entrepreneurship is accessible to a larger number than before, which can reduce marketing speak "at all". I will not dwell too much on this part of my analysis as the consensus tends toward a common vision.

The big piece of the analysis lies in the word "art" then his association with what is mentioned in the preceding paragraph. Initiate is he an "art"? And why do we associate entrepreneurship with art?
It is now easy, even encouraged, to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure with "a symbolic euro" or "solo" or more simply "with an idea."

It is now easy to properly prepare his colors, his brushes, his paintings and all his paraphernalia technique to start legally in the nails and for having sided his plan, his idea.

It is now easy to make its market on a large number of existing markets or not. The contractor can define what it wants to do and for whom.

undertake would be easy? But then why do we speak of art when undertaking was so easy? Art Is not just something acknowledged as difficult? Maybe we would "demystify" Entrepreneurship citing that "the Art of Conduct is available to all"?

Approach to demystify entrepreneurship is an honorable approach. Is it be a gratuitous act? Entrepreneurship is it just not himself become a market? Whatever the answer, this site has the merit to exist, to provide answers, to contribute ideas and to connect people, project leaders and information sites. In writing this article for example I contribute to its promotion for free and maybe this website will know my views or the value added produced by 17 other contractors employed Hommes & Process ...

returns to undertake the act of starting a project, the act of trying to put an idea into practice, the act of support, the act of wanting to take charge of its future became natural by the sum of all those who have a process of demystification and structure to carry an idea to completion. In other words, we must have the prospect of completing his work for it to have value to others.

Thus the objective is to undertake something that business has begun a "value" at some point. It joins the idea of the artwork with a market value or emotional. The tendency or temptation is to "reduce" the art work of art ... and a pervert approach speculation (s) :-)

The basic question is to define why would undertake an art, an art with its learning rules to make it "accessible" and allow to master the perfection of created the work order to have a value in the eyes of others.

The hose traps are indeed numerous. Behind the facade of demystification, the harsh realities of learning are there:
- must manage information
- must manage cash
- must manage communication
- must anticipate and manage scenarios
- must anticipate and manage competition
- must anticipate and manage its investments

... - It must work, persist, maintain objectives,
- must generate at one time or another benefit, value,
- Avoid prowlers, parasites, raptors and other thugs

Beyond that, take that action in a given context and changing. We began by example at a time when the environment is favorable, then the game is changing and we must adapt. The example of the financial crisis and economic crisis is there to remember. S'avoir must listen, act, react appropriately and timely.

Thus, I concluded that entrepreneurship is an art in itself that the greatest number may now understand. Only time will tell if we are able to master the art of entrepreneurship. This accessibility to undertake for the greatest number is finally reduced to a few who managed to live off their art.

How To Make Model Digestive System

Co - 1 / 3 - 1 / 3 - 1 / 3 - SCOP

Hello,

"1 / 3 - 1 / 3 - 1 / 3": A lot of journalists, bloggers, éditioralistes of both print and audio-visual postponed and analyzed about President of the Republic Nicolas Sarkozy of February 5, 2009 ...
However, to my knowledge, I have not read what I think is "behind" ...

Certainly, when one is seated in his chair we do not consider a "new form" of business, "a new way of working" ... quick change.

Moreover, it can also be afraid to re-new with the old? Maybe some are they afraid to utter a word as "cooperative" or "scope"? And yes, look out the status of a cooperative (SCOP).

Basically, there are many 1 / 3 of profits re-invested in R & D investments or long term. 1 / 3 of bénéficices returning employees to a way or another, and one third of the profits to those who brought capital ...

But now, there are lots of hazards, or expressed in a much more positive, question marks:
- how can we reconcile a "cooperative status" with input from external capital needed for development beyond that of the self?
- how can we move from one image to many conflict than traditional financial positive co-workers interested in a similar level to them?
- how can we "gravitate" around the value 1 / 3: in fact, a start-up company, a developing society, a company with 20 employees, a company of 200 or 20,000 employees ... have different needs, the same constraints, ... ?
- should create a new type of society, a new breed of company?

short, I can write more extensively on these questions, and even lengthen the long list, because the responses will depend on the speed of adaptation of different actors, the severity and length of the crisis, the ability to adapt to the new era, new development areas and air time soon ;-)
